1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AutoFlowWorks ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

AutoFlowWorks provides cloud operations and cost automation n8n workflows — a curated collection of 23+ production-ready automation templates. Buyers access templates through three commercial models:

Recurring Subscriptions

Two subscription tiers grant unlimited library access for the purchased period:

• Operator ($24/month or $240/year USD) — access to all templates; auto-renews at period end
• Platform ($39/month or $390/year USD) — access to all templates plus premium support; auto-renews at period end

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month; annual subscriptions renew each year. You may cancel your subscription anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for renewals, but cancellation stops all future charges. Prices are shown at checkout in USD.

Add-On Services

Optional one-time and monthly support services are available à la carte:

• Deployment assist ($149, one-time) — we deploy and wire any workflow into your stack
• Custom automation build ($349, one-time) — bespoke workflow built to your runbook
• Incident-priority support ($19/month) — ops-hours response for workflow failures
• Docker Deploy Pack ($69, one-time) — five Docker deployment automations bundled
• Monitoring Pack ($39, one-time) — SSL, backup, and log-anomaly monitors bundled
• Extended license ($59, one-time) — ship workflows inside client infrastructure you bill for

Individual Workflow Purchases

Buy individual templates one-time. Prices range $19–$49 USD per workflow, shown at checkout. No subscription required; access is permanent once purchased.

Refunds & Cancellation

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on one-time purchases and the first subscription charge. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Legacy Access Passes

Previously sold one-time fixed-term passes remain honored for their full term. Access expires on the date printed on your receipt; no renewal is required.

Delivery & Support

Subscriptions and one-time purchases include:

• Instant download: JSON workflow bundle + ZIP file with setup guide and source attribution
• Dashboard access: manage your account and download history (for subscription term duration)
• Email support: contact support@autoflowworks.com for questions or setup assistance

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Billing, Refunds, and Cancellation

Subscription renewals charge automatically on the anniversary of your purchase date. One-time purchases charge once at checkout. All prices are displayed in USD at the point of purchase.

5. License and Usage Rights

When you purchase a Collection Pass and download a workflow, you receive a non-exclusive, commercial-use license to:

• Install and run the agent in your own automation environment
• Modify and adapt the agent for your needs
• Use the agent in personal projects, internal operations, or client work

You may NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the agent as-is
• Share your purchased agents or subscription credentials with others
• Claim authorship of the original agent

6. Intellectual Property

All content on AutoFlowWorks, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, agent code, and software, is the property of AutoFlowWorks or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

AutoFlowWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
